The Luzon Railway Consortium (hereinafter referred to as LRC) is a consortium established by Korea's top railway construction companies, telecommunication companies and energy companies to build a circular railway on Island Luzon, the capital Island of the Philippines.
As a railroad design company, Korea's unrivaled DMEC (Dongmyeong Engineering Consutants) is participating in LRC. Also, many of the railroad construction companies, telecommunications companies and energy companies include Shinwoo ENG, Donsan Engineering, Daelim, Korea Railroad Research Institute, Woojin, Romansys, Gaoncell, etc, are participating in LRC.
The Philippines helped Korea materially and mentally when Korea was in difficulties and troubles as well as dispatched its own soldiers (most of them were sacrificed during the war) firstly in Asia during the Korean War, helping Korea achieve the present Korea. For the development and glory of the Philippines, an eternal ally of Korea, all of the LRC companies will do their best to make the Luzon Railway as the best masterpiece.
